Returns Policy
We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.
Before returning any items please contact Educated Investor Customer Service to discuss your reason for requiring a return and organise an approval to return an item to Educated Investor.
Before contacting Educated Investor regarding a return please understand the following terms of business:
- If you received a faulty or damaged item, we require notification within 2 business days of the
- recorded delivery date.
- If the item you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.
- Educated Investor will process a full refund for faulty or damaged items. These items should be returned to the Educated Investor Distribution Centre address: Unit 4, 64 Edwards Street, Sandringham, VIC 3191. To qualify for a credit for an incorrect supply of an item, it must be returned in perfect condition, in sufficient packaging to protect the item, ready for resale. Failure to package a returning item properly will result in no store credit and the product will be returned to the customer.
- A refund issued for a return of either faulty or incorrect supply will be for the value of the returned item and postage.
